Ghosthack Advent Calendar 2023
So it's that time of the year ... the holliday season is upon us and some vendors are giving away free stuff.
One of my favorite sources is Ghotshack and on their website they describe themselves as such:
Ghosthack is a team of ambitious sound designers creating various kinds of electronic music.
Ghosthack started as a one-man electronic music production project in 2006. Over time, Ghosthack evolved and ultimatively entered the sound design game back in 2010: The first free dubstep sample pack has been released, which was downloaded over 300,000 times since then, still counting.
After several more freebies we elevated our business to a new level in 2016. We started to develop huge high quality commercial sample packs by an always growing team of artists.
We are continuing our journey in 2022 with over 10,000 orders per month, a huge fanbase on Facebook (38,000+ Likes), YouTube (17,000+ Subscribers) and Soundcloud (12,000+ Followers), a growing team of sound designers from around the world, lots of positive reviews and many more new free as well as commercial soundbanks.
I can't speak about the music production side but they have some really solid foley packs and a nice freebies section that includes all their past yearly advent calendars.
The 100 Cinematic Hits and the 20 Cinematic Nebula Atmospheres have some very interesting files in them for foley work.
